Nuxt prepare error cannot destructure property 'nuxt' of 'this'

My Vercel deploy is failing on

pnpm i

pnpm i

script. All packages install properly but postinstall script

nuxt prepare

nuxt prepare

throws an error, any idea how to fix that? Attaching logs in next message since they're too big for discord
