How to create this text effect?
Is it an svg just fill in certain areas and other areas just have stroke?

SVG also has a blend too (multiple ways actually)

you could also layer from top to bottom a stroke text, then the images, and finally the filled text

but blend mode is probably easier
two seperate text objects then right?
yeah seems so
yeah, you'd use the same text twice
but if you can set separate blend modes for stroke and fill in svg, that's one and done
