Weird Window

this weird window with no content shows up whenever i try to play rocket league, and it closes after a few seconds. i've tried reinstalling the game, deleting the cache, verifying and repairing (which doesn't do anything after i click "yes"), but nothing works. im using crossover, if that somehow helps
