A significant number of users are reporting they can't reach one of my R2 connected domains. I had some of these people visit https://www.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace and almost all of them are in
colo=GRU or colo=BSB. Has anything happened in the Brazil region recently with Cloudflare or R2?7 Replies
Is this ongoing? I don't see anything out of the ordinary on R2's side
Yeah it’s still being reported to us this morning
At first I thought it might have been a DNS over HTTP issue, but it seems to be mostly Brazilian colos, based on user reports. I have not made any WAF or rule changes or DNS changes recently.

I did notice some issues in our logs, but it seemed to resolve itself (the worst kind of issue). Karew was going to confirm.
This is assuming the issue was with R2, but that seems confusing to me because we do not have any specific infrastructure in Brazil/SAM, soo
I am still waiting back from users to see if things are better

I think users in Brazil have recovered from whatever this was, I haven't gotten any more reports. Thank you for your attention on it!
