A significant number of users are reporting they can't reach one of my R2 connected domains. I had some of these people visit https://www.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace and almost all of them are in
colo=GRU or colo=BSB. Has anything happened in the Brazil region recently with Cloudflare or R2?
