did you do everything in the pinned message? (install wine dependencies and the like?)
do you have any logs too? no logs means its nearly impossible to help.. but also.. what text are you expecting to see here?

Are you 100% sure the fonts installed correctly?
I also had the same problem twice, both times the fonts install fixed it.

Yep looks like missing fonts

got it fixed by installing core fonts
