When you initially create it, yes, but after that, the alarm handler can call itself

I don't have an existing alarm I can hook into. I'll add a temporary handler to add one, then use a temporary worker to retrieve the list of objects from the API and hand them off to a queue handler to call the temporary handler 🙂
