Everytime i try to load in

why does this keep happening please help me, i have restarted my computer, deleted five m and reinstalled like ten times, please help. i just got fivem i dont know if im doing anything wrong

You need to delete game completely

Uninstall
windows + r : go to local > fivem and delete it
windows + r : go to local > citizen or citizen fx and delete
windows + r : go to roaming > citizen or citizen fx and delete
Anything related to fivem search windows and if found delete

Verify gta 5 from launcher then re install.
