System.IO.FileNotFoundException Unable to find asset 'Wave Bank.xwb'.

Every time I open the Tmodloader I get this error all the time and it deletes the file "Wave Bank.xwb"

(Steam Instructions) Follow these steps to get a fresh install of your game files:
Terraria Instructions:
1) Delete the TerrariaTerraria folder in C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/commonC:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common. If you're on a non-Windows computer or have Steam installed elsewhere, type .findinstall.findinstall in No Access to get to the

folder, then just go back one folder to end up in the commoncommon folder mentioned earlier.
2) Uninstall, then reinstall Terraria in Steam.

Do this for both Terraria and tModLoader.
