Bed mesh, frame or bed?
Hi,
If anyone is able to come with an idea I feel like I am going crazy, in the last 4 hours I tried to fix it but I can't realise what is wrong. I know about the yt video about square frame but It doesn't say anything about motor side being uneven, in the picture I draw an "M" for each motor.
Please guide me a bit as I feel like it is a dead end.

Pretty sure it does, you can adjust a different corner (in the opposite direction) to fix the motor corner - it just warns away from trying to adjust the motor corners due to the complexity of having the motor mounts there.

this is the main issue
the two corners that are too high and too low are both motor corners

just do the opposite thing to the other corner
i just got done dealing with a similar issue
my suggestion would be to raise the bottom left corner
run the z tilt after each adjustment or you will think you're going crazy

I have knocked the fucking shit out of it
no matter which corner I knock nothing is happening, I am doing tilt adj after each try

Put a piece of tape across the seam and then cut it with a knife (so it's not actually trying to hold the pieces together) and then do your adjustment - i suspect there's enough stiffness in the rest of the frame that it's immediately reverting back and you're not actually making changes
You can use the two edges of the tape to see if you've made progress (since they should be offset post adjustment)

so.. I fixed it 5 min ago, .108 variance but I will sort the x gantry now as it is a bit bowing. The thing is that I needed to unscrew the ballbearrings top mount and the screw holding the idlers cause it wasn't moving at all. Second thing, that is against anything I heard, I needed to raise the B corner and lower the A corner. It is a dumb thing and I don't understand why is oposite in my case. Is it possible to have a "upside down" mesh in mainsail ? I know it might seem dumb it amazed me as well.

so how you look at the first picture I needed to raise the bottom right corner and lower the bottom left. Opposite vs that yt video
you don't need to touch that mesh! sys ops will handle that variation without issue. Conside using PAM (localized meshing) as well and go with that config.
But...i'm assuming that mesh is 'cold? what is it like once you heat the bed up to 110°C and let it sit awhile?

Start a new thread instead of using this one please!

It was sorted, in the last picture with the mesh I explained only that in my case ( don't know why) was totally oposite of how the guy explained.
