Had to zoom WAY in...is that every other line that is short? (of touching/filling in completely? short segment fill parameter could be reduced to a smaller size (depending on t he slice used)

I'm assuming you've don an extrusion calibrarion? (# of millimeters fed in and adjust the # of extruders steps) comments from another forum..... (again depends on slicer used) (c-a-p) Fyi in Cura infill overlap only effects the infill layers not the top/bottom layers. For top/bottom layers you're looking at Skin Overlap. But in your case, the gaps are there because the size is smaller than your nozzle. For your case I think you want print thin walls enabled, Compensate wall overlaps, and Fill gaps between walls. You also might want to disable Filter out tiny gaps. (end c-a-p)

This kind of looks like the picture shown here where the first layer height is a little too high. https://ellis3dp.com/Print-Tuning-Guide/articles/first_layer_squish.html. I would look at the rest of the article where Ellis does an Excellent! description of dialing in a printer. I have also seen something similar to this when my pressure advance was too high but I would go for the basics first before messing around with this.
