(SOLVED) V-Minion error “Print exceeds max extrusion”
I’m getting this error, have been printing this very same with no problems, now I can’t start a new print anymore…did not change any of the original setting re measures of printer.
Have tried Cura and SuperSlicer, both throw the same error…any idea on what to check?

What size nozzle are you using?

0,4
Seem to be having some trouble getting lines close enough in layers, and I can't find the right setting for line width...it looks like I'm having under-extrusion all the time in perimeters and infill.
You can change that setting, it is a sanity check to make sure you aren't trying to push too much filament through the nozzle.

I'm sure there's something pulling my leg in the slicer but can't find out what, on my other printers tunning in Cura was a lot easier as speeds are more in my knowledge range. V-Minion is a diabolic thing flying all over the bed, and I need some help trying to find the right settings.
I have double-checked extruder's rotation distance which is consistent in the results. First layers width set to 120-140 (tried both) and rest set to 0,4 trying to make the slicer to squeeze them but still have some small gaps on layers...using a Dragonfly at 100-150 mm/s speed....I don't know what else to look for.
BTW the error was my mistake, touched extrusion factor by mistake and set it to 120%....😳
