Assembly issues with pulley - belt position.
Hi guys, I am assembling a vcore 3.1 300 at the moment. Everything went fine until I came to the step where the belts are routed / tensioned.
When I then moved the gantry / printhead, I heard a rattling noise that came from the left stepper / pulley assembly.
The belt moves up to the edge of the pulley and then jumps back. I took lots of time to adjust the pulleys height position, but no matter where the pulley is, the belt will move up and down.
When I loosen the grub screws and push the printhead left / right I can see the pulley wandering up and down. Any Idea where this comes from?
