Is there any way to set keybinds for the steering wheel?

So I got my Steering wheel but I dont have a shifter. So I have to use the built in side shifter pedals. But that doesnt work since it enables the blinker. I dont want that. And every time I disable the "Manual Transmission" setting, the wheel just doesnt work at all. Can you help me?
