One of my desktop’s computer fans is not spinning properly
not long ago, i heard a weird noise coming from one of my desktop computer fans and after investigating it, i found out it was coming from the left fan that is mounted to the aio radiator. shortly after, i discovered this (sorry if my glass panel is a bit dirty):

does this mean that fan isn’t spinning properly anymore or is there dust buildup behind it?
Try cleaning it with pressurised air
If it doesn't work try taking the fan off, checking if it looks alright or cleaning it once again, then test how it works
If the issue doesn't go away buy a new fan I guess

Or go to a service center
i tried test spinning it when i turned my pc off and it spins normally at one point but shortly spins the other
I suggest taking it off and checking the back side of it

I have had this happen twice with laptops. It started working after some cleaning. Unfortunately, had to replace the fan a few weeks later
