Bed Not Heating

I have the standard Vcore 3.1 300 kit with Octopus v1.1. When doing the confirmataion settings my bed will not heat up. I get no LED light on the relay. I do have AC going into the "Bed Power" terminal. I get no Power coming out of "Bed Out" terminal. It is the correct heating pad for my country as well. I am fairly sure my wiring is correct too.
