how difficult is it to find a job with a computer programming diploma?

Finding a job if you’re entry level is difficult no matter what level of education you have. There’s a huge demand for skilled programmers, but the market is over saturated with entry level applicants. Spend some time on side projects which you can show off on your resume - it will set you apart and give you something to talk about in interviews.
