Can I add animations to this project?

I would like to try adding animation on the job cards when:
1)They are disappearing when not having adequate filters
2)Ones with the proper filters would stack up to the top
3)Resetting filters would bring back job cards using animation
4)Selecting filters would add filters with animation in the div with "selected" filters
Is all this doable with the way I wrote the code?
Would you even recommend adding animation on project like his?
