Add an avatar is not saved even after update

Steps to reproduce:- 1. create a new notification with in-app as a step 2. edit in-app template and activate Add an avatar option 3. choose avatar and click on update 4. after updating, Add an avatar option is still deactivate

This is the main issue when I promote changes to production, avatar option is not activated in production also @Engineering ping
