creating steam shortcuts

Hello, I'm getting an error when creating shortcuts in steam. not sure if the issue is with Heroic or with steam. Here is the log: Adding Fall Guys to Steam failed with: Can't add "Fall Guys" to Steam user "93154801". "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\93154801\config\shortcuts.vdf" is corrupted!
