Ranged Weapons bug

Now, this could be lag or not, But either way, it's incredibly annoying. Sometimes when I'm using a bow or kunai it does a hit marker and appears in my victim's avatar but does NO damage. Sometimes I try to do a crossbow headshot and then kunai a user and I end up leaving them on like 5 health and dying to them. If there's anything you guys can do about it, please help!
