Ugly ASA print outer layer

Having problem getting a consistent outer layer with ASA.

Have played with EM 91-95 and PA 28-45
Temps are 255 nozzle and 105bed chamber in 70-75
Cpap fan 16% normal 20% bridges.

Not sure what to try next as it seems to get better with abit more EM started at 91 but after 94 its getting worse again.
