Please excuse the ms-paint style screenshot, but this should hopefully help. View from the top of the board, the red and blue lines should all be connected as shown. My guess is that the left connections will be there, but the final one on the right is broken for each row. No sweat, as this can happen sometimes during soldering or through wear and tear. The good news is: they're totally repairable and can be made manually with a thin wire 🙂

Also, can you test between both of those points mentioned above (red and blue) and the GND pin, individually? Same setup: board unplugged, red lead on the pin in question and blue lead on GND. There shouldn’t be a connection but it seems there may be.

Just to be doubly sure — what’s it say in resistance mode? Any connection between those two points i.e. each other?
