cant find purchased overlay
Hey all, new to the game 😅 so forgive me if this is a dumb question. I just purchased a overlay bundle, but when im given the option to customize, i cannot find any of it as options, only the free stuff that wasnt in the bundle?

I’m not sure what you mean. Can you post a screenshot to help explain?
I purchased the zirkon bundle, but when i go to customize none but the basic and free (blue print, green damask, etc) are options, nothing from the zirkon bundle is seen

Are you on an iPad using Safari? This overlay uses WebM animated backgrounds with transparency and Safari does not support WebM. Your viewers will still see your layers though, but it will be hard for you to customize on Safari. Is it possible for you to try Chrome?
No unfortunately i do not. I didnt see any restrictions regarding ipad. Is it possible to request a refund on this then?
