Coder return 401 for api.digitalocean.com/v2/volumes

Hey all,

I want to install coder-server on digital ocean, but I got an error saying:
Error: Error creating Volume: POST https://api.digitalocean.com/v2/volumes: 401 (request "d119f6ae-283b-4df2-af96-e507e92620a0") Unable to authenticate you


I recreated by PAT again and add it as env var DIGITALOCEAN_TOKEN plus auth with doctl DO tool. I'm able to create a volume with doctl compute volume create storage0-demo --region fra1 --size 5GB --desc storage0-demo
I’m running the coder server on a Mac Ventura 13.1.
