Overextrusion at infill, underextrusion at the perimiter
Hello,
I am trying to get my ASA CF working but keep failing for some reason. I am using a CHC Pro with a TC 0,6mm nozzle and I am using elcos printing profiles (https://github.com/elcojacobs/superslicer-config), who has the same setup but uses an orbiter 2.0 instead of my LGX. As a result I lowered the retraction speed to 40mm/s - everything else is identical (including the PA of 0.02)
However, I keep getting overextrusion at the infill with his EM of 93,5%. The attached cubes have 93.5%, 92.5%, 91.5% and 90.5% EM. At 90.5% the infill starts looking good, but then the perimeters show signs of underextrusion (gaps between them).
I would be very greatful for any suggestions. Drying the filament at 70°C for 24h has not really improved things.

Check your pressure advance which my be too high

Thank you, I calibrated it and it is fairly low: 0.02
did that sort the issue ?

It was already like that. However, a key problem was overextrusion due to the dense layer setting
Dialing the Bridgeflow down to 30% solved that issue
Or not using the dense layer at all
