is it guided by riot when to put good skins into the shop even a little? like at key times.
To clarify I am asking does riot put good skins in the shop at viable times as well as random times, is it all random, or is it all predicted when they are in the shop like making it a higher chance to put a good knife skin the day before night market so you have to choose or the last day before a new bundle. Just wondering lol because I always get good skins at the bad times like before night market
