valorant comms turning on and off causing stuttering
so i had this issue a while back and it is back! in-game my game will randomly turn off and a few seconds after they will turn back on. and when it does my game stutters just enough to throw me off. I fixed it with changing my ethernet settings before. I had to reset the ethernet settings because of something else and am now running into the issues again. I have changed everything that i did before (to my knowldedge) and i am pretty stuck as of rn. would appreciate some help:)
