Falsely banned

I was falsely banned from combat warriors from my level over 400 account. I spent so much time on it and I really miss playing the game with friends and stuff. I reported it and appealed but I got a response of just saying my appeal was close. So 1 what does that mean? 2 am I able to be in banned? 3how can I prove I wasn’t exploiting #
