Can't spawn planes

I have been trying to spawn planes in the drift and chill server but every sinle plane when i spawn it says " Your current Plane vehicle is not suitable for this lobby" deos anyone know why that happens?

you need to have Ultimate supporter to spawn planes in the chill lobby

you can enable passive mode in the main lobby tho
