hardstuck iron

so here's the situation i aim train, i play unrated games, my aim? silver- gold level (according to all unrated matches with diamonds and plats), game sense? pretty much as good as aim. Mental? I touch grass and swim everyday so thats covered. Basically idk why i am hardstuck iron. and the ironic thing is when i play with my silver-gold friends, i do better against gold and silvers than irons ;-;
