And how I can call crawlee instance via api ??

To change storage path on your filesystem you may set up enviromental variable
APIFY_LOCAL_STORAGE_DIR check the docs https://docs.apify.com/sdk/js/docs/guides/environment-variables#apify_local_storage_dir
And how I can call crawlee instance via apiNot sure what exactly you mean by that. You may create Apify Actor out of your Crawlee project and build it on the Apify Platform - This way you get API endpoints for running, obtaining results etc.

Do you mean general "storage" tab? or Storage of some particular run on the platfrom?
