I got 7 days ban

So yesterday i started a Ranked game and selected my agent but then i still was in the loading screen so i waited but nothing happend i had this issue in the past to and i had only like 1-2 hours ban but now its 7 days i wanted to go to support but only a bot is responding me.
I need help to reach a real person support do you maybe know how?
