Does the case luck gamepass work
I got it right when it came out and have only gotten legendaries and epic from pity. I bought 100 emote Icon crates to test the rates and the only legendaries and epics I got were from pity

Case/spin luck only increases your chances, it does not guarantee anything.
RNG is what decides 95% of what you do or do not get, meaning if you haven't gotten anything of a higher rarity, RNG was not on your side.
