header missing in responsive mode
i have attached the video. To my understanding the header is moving out of bounds and its not showing when scrolled. if i give display none to countries forecast section the header appears, how to fix this?

Also if i wanted to give media queries what would be appropriate max width? cause acc to some source online it seems to have max width of 1200px for large screen, but in my design its slight above 1200, how to fix this without having to give a non standard dimension
