how come my saved tunes on my cars have 0.001 braking and bad steering
as the title suggests all my cars and their saved tunes now have bad braking and steering

it was on server 2. but in server 1 it was fine

I'm having the same issue. I load a saved car and it has dropped it's breaking force down to 0.001 and handbrake force to 0.010 I tried to save the preset where I had corrected the breaking forces but didn't help.

Should be fine so long as you don’t save your vehicle, as if you do, then those values will be lost
