CANT PLAY VALORANT SINCE MAY 2022
So, this is an issue that I have been facing in Valorant since May 2022! Before that the game was working perfectly fine with 80-120 FPS normally! My specs are more than the minimum required as well!
These are my specs:
Model: DELL Inspiron 15 3000
Proccessor: AMD ryzen 3450U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx
Ram: 8gb
SSD: 256 gb
Windows: 11
I have looked for and executed every possible steps, instructions, troubleshoots and fixes since then! I have contacted Valorant support for more than 5 times as well! Almost 10 months have gone by and the game does not work! I have tried all issues- uninstalling, reinstalling, services, cmd, msconfig, startup, everything available, but not nothing changes!
What happens is that whenever I open the game, it takes me to the riot client and shows the Play or Update button.. sometimes! When I click on it, the client will be minimized and the game wont start.. When I reopen it from the taskbar it will just show Something unusual happened while trying to launch valorant.. And this is the same thing since 10 months! Also when I reinstall it will show the "Cant install a required dependancy error" And when I restart it will again do the unusal error..
I have done every possible fix, submitted multiple logs, but just nothing seems to happen!
I have tried making new accounts as well, thinking maybe there is a problem with my acc.. but nothing helped. Also done all McAffee, Updating and antivirus fixes.. It is not a Win 11 error also, because i have the TPM and Secure boot as per your requirements..
I think it is a Vanguard related issue so please help me out! I really want to play the game..
Please treat this as extreme urgent and help me out! I really want to play the game..
