GPU usage dropping by alot.
My GPU usage drops to like 15-20% randomly in game. When I open another window my GPU usage goes up again. This decreases my FPS to like 120 FPS while not in combat and 80 FPS while in combat. My game becomes unplayable. What may be causing this?
