UOn a retake the best you can do is look at your util if there's anything to make your job easier, use it. But be careful where you pull out your util because wrong timing will get you killed. Assess the time on the spike through the sound cues you don't always have to rush but the quicker you get things done the better. Not every angle has to be cleared listen out for sound cues and think about how the spike is planted and where they might play for it.
On attack if spike is down, time is your friend 30 seconds that's how long you have to stall once again use your util the less work you have to do the better if you have none sometimes pushing into the attacker at a point where they wouldn't expect you might be the best. If you haven't got bomb it gets harder all i can say is clear your angles
