Heroic is corrupted or cannot be opened. you should move it to trash
when I open the app I get this warning, I've already downloaded the updated version a couple of times thinking the problem was some download error. i have a macbook pro m2

have you tried running the command described in the download page?
xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Heroic.app https://heroicgameslauncher.com/downloadsHeroic Games Launcher
