broken vanguard/update

Hey ! I have been trying to update Valorant for two weeks now but it doesn't work. The update always stops on 45%...
I tried to uninstall my game, the launcher and restart my PC but it wont work.
I also tried to uninstall vanguard BUT I cant ! when i try to, it just runs "vanguard user mode service" and i cant end it...
Please help me Im desperate
