I am not able to enter match

So I was having trouble with my PC so I reset it and later on found out that I am not able to play valorant anymore. I am able to enter the game(sometimes because most of the times I get val 43 error even tho I have a pretty good internet) and other times I am stuck on map loading screen. Help me fix it please. I searched thro the entire YouTube page and didn't find a useful vid.
