following frame square guide but things seems to be getting worse.

Ive been following the frame squaring guide but things have been getting worse the more i follow it. I havent touched the motor mount sides, only addressing A and B. The rear seems really badly out of square and im tempted just to completely rebuild. Although i did build with a DIN875 the first time and im not sure how i could get the frame any squarer. Corner to corner was within 0.5 of a mm. Should i check for bent extrusions?

Just as a test..... Reverse the positions of your three z_tilt test points https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/1088160463948353556/1088954413714001981 Even though A and B (in your pic) are the close, B needs to come up to lower D and A down to raise C. Do one at a time and re-test. Meshing will will level out again.

Thanks @ptegler will give this a go before i start stripping it down. It must be said i had built the frame the old way (non reversed) would be interested to see how it compares but ill try the above before i do. Will update

I did as suggested, reversed the True bed leveling as. Worked great but didnt see any difference in results. I managed to get the good looking mesh without enclosure panels and enclosure 1.0 , then the bad mesh is after placing the enclosure on.

I thought i had some bolts loose so i checked that and it wasnt the case Tried to pull up the corners with the enclosure but this proved difficulkt I think at this point i will rebuild and follow the revised reverse build and see if it makes any difference
