dying light dlc
Even checking the box to install dlc does not work the dlc does not show as separate games. when searching my library it autocompletes the dlc but does not show it. when i do check the box before installing it doesnt even change the storage it takes nor installs dlc

are you sure it doesn't install DLCs?
I downloaded it yesterday and worked with no issues
keep in mind DLCs don't show up as separate games

@spicyandrew101 that is normal, I added a report that the search shows the dlc but it doesn't who it in the library, and it's known that selecting a DLC in the install dialog doesn't change the install size, but just check the box and install it and it should be there

Same problem
Maybe DLC aren't available because you are not connected to Epic games servers.
But I don't know how to connect

yeah I can't go online in game, I suspect there's some online check for the DLCs

make sure to run the game first in desktop mode (if on deck) it may open the browser to log in

I'm not on deck, not sure how to make heroic open a browser. Should I install some browser in the wine prefix?

I have resulted my problem, I go to desktop mode, downloaded a browser (Firefox), and entered to my epic games account, after that I have launched heroic games launcher and Dying Light opened me a page in browser where I connected my epic games account.
Now I can play the Following DLC.
Before you can play co-op you will need to play like 30 minutes until game will not tell you that online mode is available.
Playing in desktop mode gives me some problems with control's, so I play in game mode of steam Deck
