Bioshock Infinite not using DGPU on hybrid laptop
After a recent update to a new NVIDIA driver, Bioshock Infinite no longer uses my NVIDIA GTX 1050 and performance plummets. I have the "Use Dedicated Graphics Card" box checked, as well as deleted and re-created a new wineprefix with a new dxvk install. Every other game, including from Heroic, is able to use the 1050.

flatpak update to make sure Nvidia runtimes are up to date
