change mail / delete user

Is there an easy way to change the mailaddress of en existing account, or delete an existing account? I created an password user with my primay mail address and afterwards connected my oidc server. Now I can't login with my oidc user using this mailaddress because the user is of type password and not oidc and can't create a user as the mail address is already used.
