Rocket League not working (Arch linux)

It used to work perfectly. I tried regular proton and Wine-GE-Proton-43 (the most recent), it launches but before reaching the main menu it crashes.

looks like some update of rocket league broke something, there are other threads about rocket league not launching

I just installed the game and it worked for me, maybe try a forced update, or a verify and repair, and if it doesn't work maybe try reinstalling it
