Notification when deployment fails?

Hey, I just noticed that all my deployments from the last 15 days have been silently failing... That explains a lot about the weird issues I kept seeing in prod but not in dev...

I only just checked the CF dashboard and fixed the issue right away, but I would have expected to receive an email or something when they fail. Is there a way to turn this on?
