Seneca off campus housing
Hello, im an upcoming CPA student this fall23. Ive decided to move out to toronto for the course of 3 years. I am currently looking for a female-only student housing nearby seneca newnham campus.
Can anyone please share their experience looking for a student housing, and any advice?
ei. cost of rent, monthly average cost of living as a student, renting situation, landlords, best time to look for a space, lease or rent, contracts, room mates, transportation, distance from school, etc.
