Just added a config you can use instead of the override: https://github.com/Rat-OS/RatOS-configuration/commit/24fb678a4a0bc814079887e4653d8ab1f417d2ea
front left Z is backwards when using this, blindly subbed in the new config without checking directions and snapped of the rod bearing strut while homing! Doh!
Why didn't you just update and use the 3z config?

minion z0 might run in the opposite direction, in case the new config needs a tweak , I'm not sure since i have a V-core
Yeah because that's not the configs fault. The default v-core-3 template has them all run in the same direction. so that means one of your wires is reversed 🙂
That's not a property of the board config, that would be a printer.cfg thing.
the stepper direction does not change because the board config changes.
(you can't invert pins in an alias. An alias is only an alias)
