I'm trying ti run Rocket League
when I lauch the game it is a black screen and the title says is cooked I dont know what that means and it quits after a while
Extra information:
- I'm running proton-GE 8-2

Make sure you have DXVK enabled in game settings page and do this

Proton is not intended to be run outside of Steam
Especially on desktop Linux
It expects to be in the Steam runtime and things won’t work right a lot of the time

Do
flatpak update and try again also use a Wine GE build.

refresh the list of wine versions
and then update it
there's another hotfix for wine-ge
you should have a wine-ge-Proton8-4 in the list

I think what's happening for you
is that you are running out or ram
or getting close

System requirements says it needs 4 GB at least, considering your igpu will also consume some of the available ram too upgrade is the best way like ooooof said
